Indications
For centuries, in the Indian practice of Ayurveda, ashwagandha has been celebrated for its therapeutic qualities. More recently, in several research studies, it has been shown, in conjunction with exercise, to improve stress and physical endurance. It's not commonly used in Western medicine, and larger scale studies are needed to prove clinical efficacy. Still, ashwaghanda's appeal in this increasingly hectic world is clear.
Ingredients
The ashwagandha we use is certified organic and non-GMO and is sustainably harvested from farms in India. The extract is solely from the plant’s root and only quality roots that are solid, bright and of healthy size are used.
